These terms apply to the Tsurushi-bina Kit. Shopify Checkout shows the order, shipping charge, checkout currency, and final total before the customer places the order.

We dispatch from Tokyo with tracking.
Flat rate throughout Japan: ¥600
International delivery
We use Japan Post International Air Packet with tracking as the standard service. These rates apply to the destinations currently available in Shopify Checkout for one kit weighing no more than 500g after packing.

For multiple kits or a parcel over 500g, the exact charge is shown in checkout before the order is placed. We cannot ship to a country that is unavailable in checkout or while its international postal service is suspended.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 7 days after payment. We email the tracking number when the parcel is sent.
Delivery normally takes approximately 1–7 days after dispatch within Japan and approximately 7–30 days after dispatch internationally. Customs, weather, seasonal demand, or carrier conditions can cause delays.
Customs and import charges
The customer is responsible for customs duty, import tax, clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected or controlled by Mono Stories.
Change-of-mind returns
Email info@monostories.com with the order number within 14 days after delivery.
The kit may be returned if it is unused and unmade, the fabric has not been cut or sewn, and every component—including the needle, thread, filling, cord, and guide—is present. The customer pays return postage. After inspection, we refund the product price and the original standard delivery charge, normally within 7 business days, to the original payment method.
Damage, defect, or incorrect item
Email us within 7 days after delivery with the order number and photographs showing the issue. We will replace the item at our cost. If replacement is not possible, we will refund the product price and standard delivery charge.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled by email before dispatch. After dispatch, the change-of-mind return conditions apply.
Variation in the cloth
Because we use retired kimono, colour, pattern, and condition vary from the photographs, and patterns cannot be selected. A return based only on this variation is still accepted under the conditions above.
